About this event

Attend one of our participant information sessions to find out how you can get In2research.

Are you In2research?

In2research is a one-year programme developed by In2scienceUK and UCL, designed to run alongside your part-time work or studies, and aims to provide opportunities and experiences that help you access postgraduate research degrees and careers.

This year, we will be offering places in more locations than we ever have before, in a wide variety of STEM and STEM related subjects!

Over the course of an academic year, you will receive:

  • A full-time, voluntary eight-week research placement supported by a tax-free stipend equivalent to National Living Wage
  • Four online skills workshops delving deeply into key skills such as academic CV writing, communicating research, and preparing for interviews
  • Four mentoring sessions with a subject-specific Mentor
  • Two inspiring away days to develop professional skills and practise networking skills

Interested in the programme? Sign up to one of our information sessions, where you can learn more about the programme, what to expect, our eligibility criteria and how to apply!
