2026 Cannock Chase Winter Classic - Camping

Our Winter Classic is traditionally the season opener for XC racers in the Midlands, and categories often sell out before Christmas as riders are eager to kick off their year.

Key Points:

• Camping is available from Friday 6th March. Arrivals should be no earlier than 2pm.
• All entrants & spectators should be off site by 7pm on Sunday 8th March.
• Pitches are charged at £5 per night each + fee.
• Flat fee for Tents, Caravans, Camper Vans and Motorhomes.
• Camping must be pre-booked. You will be provided with a proof-of-booking item via email that should be presentable at all times.
• Please display a copy of your booking confirmation on your vehicle windscreen.
• Sanitary facilities will be available for the duration.
• Catering onsite will be open for the duration of the races only.
• Electrical hook-ups are not available.
• Camp fires / fire pits / non-cooking open flames are not permitted anywhere on the site.
• Well behaved dogs are allowed. They must be on a lead at all times & must be cleaned up after. You will be asked to leave the site if these rules are ignored. No exceptions.

Cancellations & Refunds:

• Self-managed cancellations can be made up to 7 days before the event starts. Cancellations beyond this date will not be refunded. Please do not contact Run & Ride to manage this for you.
