In our dynamic and interactive 6-hour marketing strategy workshop we will take you through:
Evaluating your business
- Understand what worked for your business in 2025.
- Think about your vision for 2026.
- Define your SMART business objectives for 2026.
- Define your target audience.
Developing your marketing plan
- Understand the different types of media and the role they play.
- Start to brainstorm and draft your 2026 marketing plan.
Implement your content plan
- Discuss what makes good creative.
- Start to brainstorm your 12-month content plan.
Reviewing and understanding your marketing performance
- Understanding your marketing metrics and what success looks like.
- Tools you can use to measure success.
At the end of the session, you will agree on your next steps and actions to bring your marketing plan to life, understand the marketing strategy process plus have made a good start in creating a marketing strategy and content plan for your business.
Lunch is included in the ticket and tea, coffee and refreshments will be available throughout the workshop.
We can sometimes start with good intentions but then other things get in the way. So with this in mind, included in the workshop price is a follow-up 30-minute 1:1 accountability call, at a mutually convenient time. On this call, the course leader will check in on your progress with the actions agreed in the workshop, plus there will be an opportunity to ask questions.
