About this event
2025 was so good, we're coming back in 2026!
Our much loved Adventure Day event makes it way to Nottinghamshire for a day of one shot adventures!
Adventurers will take part in not 1, but 2 one shot's where they will team up with others to take on the might of the Dungeon Master! For the first time ever, we are offering Dungeon Master tickets too! These reduced price tickets come with a proviso though - you will be running one of the two games, but you still get to play in the other!
This event is being organised and run by the Charity Gaming Guild - we are a grant awarding charity and, although we don't know who our beneficiary charity will be for 2026 yet, you can be assured it will be a fantastic cause. Don't forget if you join us on Patreon (patreon.com/charitydnd) you can have a say as to who we give the money to!
Be sure to come over to our Discord server (https://discord.gg/W4KxCJSNQ6) where you will be able to find more details about what we do, and where you will be able to grab a copy of the player pack when it is released which will be later this year. This will include info for Adventurer ticket holders and for Dungeon Master ticket holders.
We can't wait to see you there!
Frequently asked questions
The best thing to do is to join our Discord Server where you can ask any questions you like: https://discord.gg/W4KxCJSNQ6 - or you can email us on charitygamingguild@gmail.com
Yes! Drop us a message through Discord (see above) or email: charitygamingguild@gmail.com and we will make sure you are together, provided that there is enough space to fit you all on one table!
We are unable to let you know who your DM will be until the day of the event. This is because we often need to re-balance tables as we receive more information. If you would like a particular CGG DM then you can request this, but we cannot guarantee you will get this DM.
Yes! Our DM's are all experienced in helping new players. Players of all ability levels and experience are welcome.
Anyone under the age of 16 must have an adult with them for the duration of the event (the adult does not need a ticket unless they also want to play).
The venue is wheelchair friendly and has good access. In terms of other disability, we are able to accommodate most disabilities. If you would like to discuss this further then please email us charitygamingguild@gmail.com
