A big race is coming and we need dedicated runners like you to help save lives!

The excitement on the day is incredible. Imagine the adrenaline rush as you're racing past some of London's most amazing sights – from Buckingham Palace to the iconic Big Ben.

Thousands of people will be cheering you on. When you cross the finish line, the feeling is incredible. And you'll be raising money to help our courageous lifeboat crews and lifeguards save lives.

We have a limited number of charity places to allocate and get more applications than we have places, so please give us as much information as possible in your application. We offer places to strong applicants as they come in so apply early to avoid disappointment.

Applications are open until the end of September 2025 or until all our places have been filled - whichever comes first.

Applying for an RNLI marathon place is free. If your application is successful we will send you an email asking you to confirm your place and pay a registration fee of £75 which covers the administration costs of your place.

Please note, due to TCS London Marathon terms and conditions, all applicants must be aged 18 or over on race day. The RNLI reserves the right to request proof of your date of birth to ensure we are adhering to these terms and conditions.
