2026 TEAM U.K - European Championships Prep Training Day!​

After 10 years of this amazing training day - WE ARE BACK!

The Road2Worlds Team have been leading the way with European Training Days for the last 10 years and we have created our best event yet for 2026!

This really does make a difference to your racing game and with it so close to the Euro Champs it gives you the perfect opportunity to pick up some new skills as well as develop existing skills.

The P.T Barn for many years has been the number 1 choice for many U.K Athletes to come down and get 'Euro Champs Ready'. We are fortunate to have access to the largest variety of Euro Specific Obstacles in the U.K and are always adapting and building to stay at the top.

First up will be the warm up. To maximise performance, it is important that you are fully prepared to start. We will go through a functional warm up which you could take away and use on Race Day at the Euro Champs.

We will move swiftly on from this and look at some of the key skills needed for the more technical obstacles which we feel will be at the Euro Champs. The skills will be broken down into their simplest form and then rebuilt into longer flows. This will be good for those looking to fine tune any last areas.

The last section will be all about race simulation training. We feel this section is one of the more important of the day. To get the most out of this section we would expect you to be practicing a build-up similar to that of what you would do prior to the Champs. Everything from Nutrition, Looking after Hands, Kit, etc. We have been working with this awesome system that accelerates everything which happens during a race. Doing skills in a low pressurised environment is what you have been working on all year. Now it is time to test if what you have been doing works.

This day isn't limited just to those attending the Euro Champs, we often get non-competitors booking on, but please understand that all training will be Euros/British Champs Specific.

Please note that we do change the style of training days once we know more about the events and the time frame before the event.
