20in20 for the MS Trust: Gardens and Open Spaces of the City of London
Thu 25 May 2017, 11:00 – 13:00 BST
The City of London has over 200 open spaces many of which are famous locations though equally many are secluded places off the beaten track.
Not only do they provide an oasis of solitude for busy City folk living hectic lives but they are also windows on history, where we can learn about 2000 years of City life…and we might even mention the planting!
Join your City of London guide Clwyd Roberts for a tour of ten of these special sites lasting between 1.5/2 hours.
The tour begins at 11.00am from from the meeting point at the Queen Victoria Street exit from Mansion House tube station (District & Circle lines) and end on London Wall in close proximity to The Museum of London convenient for St Pauls tube station (Central Line)
Level access for wheelchairs is partially restricted at 4 of the 10 locations being visited.
