This month we have Rupert Wesson.

Rupert Wesson is the Academy Director at Debrett’s. He is a speaker and writer on many aspects of corporate learning and personal development, as well as being a qualified coach. His work with Debrett’s includes coaching communications, leadership and management, as well as advising on corporate culture and business etiquette.

His work on communications is critical in helping businesses to connect with clients. His work on pitching and persuading has helped sell businesses worth many millions.

He has worked throughout Europe, The Middle East and Asia beyond with clients in finance, professional services, insurance and technology sectors. As a writer and commentator he has contributed to a number of books and periodicals and he has a regular column in City AM (the London based financial newspaper). He often asked by the media to comment on business etiquette and leadership related matters and he has appeared on BBC world TV and BBC Radio.

This workshop is focusing on the impact that having the right business etiquette can have. What you say and do matters and we will focus on how to effectively present yourself in general as well as when you are communicating with different professionals including your boss.
