FAQs
Do I need to have my documents checked?
If you wish to use our services, document checking is a mandatory step of the process. You cannot submit your visa application through our Visa Advisors without having your documents checked.
I already have a visa. Should I book an appointment?
If you already have a visa for your main course of study, then you do not need to attend an appointment.
Can you also help my friends if they come with me to my appointment?
No. Individual appointments are for one person only. We can only see your friends once they have each booked an appointment for themselves.
What documents do I need to bring with me?
For a full list of the required documents, please watch our Document Requirements podcast:

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the appointment?
No. You do not need to have a printed ticket for your appointment. When you arrive, please either show your confirmation email on your phone/tablet or, if you have downloaded the Eventbrite App on your phone/tablet, then you can present your electronic ticket.
I want to cancel/reschedule my appointment. What should I do?
If you cannot attend the appointment that you have already booked, you may cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment and reschedule. To cancel an appointment, go to your "Tickets" page, locate your order, then click "Cancel order". You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
If you need to reset your account password:

Shortly after, you should receive an email with a link to create a new password for your Eventbrite account.
If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder and add "mail@eventbrite.com" to your email contact list to make sure you receive further notifications from Eventbrite about your appointments.
