The Instituto Cervantes presents El Chojin’s UK Tour

El Chojin is celebrating 25 years in music, having established himself as one of the most respected voices in Spanish rap. Since the late 1990s, he has released over 15 albums, published books of poetry and essays, and performed on stages around the world with a unique style: direct, thoughtful, and deeply engaged with social, educational, and personal issues.

Over the years, he has collaborated with artists from various disciplines, led international human rights campaigns, and became the first rapper to perform at the European Parliament. His music has been heard in theatres, festivals, schools, and concert halls — always with the same purpose: to use rap as a tool to connect, question, and inspire change.

Now, 25 years on, El Chojin returns to the stage to celebrate this journey with those who have been part of it.

El Chojin celebra 25 años de carrera musical, consolidado como una de las voces más respetadas del rap en español. Desde finales de los 90, ha lanzado más de 15 álbumes, ha publicado libros de poesía y ensayo, y ha recorrido escenarios de todo el mundo con un estilo único: directo, reflexivo y comprometido con temas sociales, educativos y personales.

A lo largo de estos años ha colaborado con artistas de distintas disciplinas, ha protagonizado campañas internacionales de derechos humanos y ha sido el primer rapero en actuar en el Parlamento Europeo. Su música ha sonado en teatros, festivales, centros educativos y auditorios, siempre con la misma intención: usar el rap como una herramienta para conectar, cuestionar y transformar.

Ahora, 25 años después, El Chojin sube de nuevo al escenario para celebrar este camino con quienes han formado parte de él.
