Open Sourced by Google in mid-2014 'Kubernetes' builds on 10 years of managing Linux Containers at massive scale.
Since then the Kubernetes project has exploded. It has evolved to become the default cluster manager, referred to as the new 'Datacentre OS'.
Kubernetes is a must to learn if you are using or adopting containers, and this workshop is designed to quickly get you up-and-running with Kubernetes, and understand how you can make the most of the technology.
This is a workshop hosted by Google, run by Jetstack.
This course serves as an introduction to core Kubernetes concepts, and includes hands-on labs covering persistent volume types, application logs, and using Helm to package and deploy applications. Find the full agenda here.
Participant level: This course is for those who are new to Kubernetes.
