R﻿achel says: &quot;With over 30 years’ experience of marketing artists, brands and products, it’s clear I’m not exactly a whippersnapper. But with age comes wisdom (along with unwanted facial hair) so I think I’ve still got a lot to offer. I have spent many years in the music industry and have managed strategic marketing campaigns for a fabulous roster of artists including Barbra Streisand, Celine Dion, Tony Bennett, Bette Midler, Barry Manilow and Rick Astley, and created successful album marketing campaigns with budgets of up to and over £1m. However, fourteen years ago, I took the plunge and became freelance and I love the variety that being a consultant offers me. As well as still being involved in music – last year I launched a new record label working with musical theatre artists - I’ve broadened my experience and have worked for a diverse range of other businesses including a franchise photography company, a wine distributor, a stage school and a tutoring company. My current freelance work can be split into three main areas, my record label, marketing support for small businesses and copywriting for anyone who is in need of some words!&quot;I spent the first 20 years of my career climbing the ranks of big consulting and tech firms. I started off in Detroit, however my consulting, sales and leadership roles at Arthur Andersen, Capgemini and Facebook (to name a few) bounced me all over the world and ultimately settled me in London in 2012.JOY POOLE, Leadership coach, public speaker will have an interactive discussion with Ceylan Boyce about one thing that everyone suffers from: Imposter SyndromJoy says: Along the way, I battled with my own perfectionism and Imposter Syndrome, and as I learned to un-learn those destructive mental habits, I became fascinated with how our consciousness has the power to determine the trajectory of our careers, businesses and lives. Helping others to tap into the answers and success they already had inside their own hearts and minds became my favourite part of any role I had. And now, as a leadership coach and speaker, I get to do just that on a daily basis. After a short and sweet affair with the NHS, she became Operations Director in a successful event business, before finding her true passion and training as Voice Coach at the prestigious Royal Central School of Speech and DramaLISA CONWAY-HUGHES AKA Miss Lolly, Financial advisor writes, speaks, tweets, and blogs on all things money related and will join the PANEL discussion and cover all aspects related money! Lisa Conway-Hughes is a Chartered Financial Adviser and a Fellow of The Personal Finance Society. Lisa joined the financial industry 16 years ago and in October 2020 was voted Financial Adviser of the Year – London by Professional Adviser Magazine – WIFA.Lisa, also known as Miss Lolly, writes, speaks, tweets, and blogs on all things money related. Lisa is passionate about making financial education open to all and loves taking the jargon out of the financial world.
