We are holding regular sound healing gong bath events in our studio, fortnightly at the Norlington Road Studios. Relax, Meditate & Rejuvenate.
Come to an evening of a wonderful sound journey where you travel through your inner landscape. A performance that puts you into a deep meditational state that will enable you to totally relax, de-stress and heal mentally & physically.
We will be providing guided meditation and sound healing that include the Gongs, singing bowls and the flute.
We will be providing herbal medicinal teas and snacks after the sound healing session all in comfortable and intimate surroundings to socialise and discuss spiritual values and ideas

THE GONG BATH!
Mark & Paul Cummings are Gong performers who work together to bring you a sonorous experience. The virtue of two people playing the gongs allows for a binaural experience, that extends one's consciousness that much further. Our audience has described their experiences’ as Mystical, Cosmic, Ethereal, Unworldly, Dreamlike, Ancestral, Healing, Time travelling & Profound. They also offer a practice where one can promote self-healing through meditation. There will also be a short discussion on the power of vibration.
