Join us and learn the foundations of fermentation, a low energy, low waste method of preserving and enhancing food. In this workshop you'll develop the skills you need to make a wide range of safe, healthy, and tasty foods, from vinegar and sauerkraut to kombucha and even your own wine and beer!

We'll explore different methods of fermentation, the ingredients and equipment needed, and fixes for common problems, plus everyone will prepare their own batch of sauerkraut to ferment at home.
