About this Event

This course is aimed at IP Doctors who work in the main wards of Chelsea and Westminster hospital. It is designed to introduce Powerchart and how it maximizes workflow efficiency of patient care in the wards. The training is based on the concept of Learn by doing. You will get hands-on opportunities to follow the instructor as they train together with a practice exercise to complete.

Learning Objectives:

After completing this course, participants will be able to perform the following tasks:

• PowerChart overview (Organizer Bar, Tool Bar, Demographic Bar and Menu)

• Overview of Patient Lists

• View patient record in Mpage: drug chart, allergies, results or documentation

• Add, View, Modify Problems and View Diagnosis

• Request follow-up appointment/discharge patient

• Assessments

• Request Drugs and Medication

Assessment:

At the end of the course you will undergo a competency test that measures your ability to successfully complete the given task. The pass mark is 80%.
