28th March, ALL-IN at 3.30pm Service, St Matthew's Cheltenham
Event Information
About this Event
St. Matt's is resuming meeting in person on 21 March with all the appropriate Covid measures in place. However, children's and young people's groups are not yet permitted and the Ten O'clock in it's current format has no All-Age content as we are unable to sing or move around. We know from many of you that you are distracted by parenting when there are no groups and struggling to engage with the service. For this reason, we are excited to offer a 45 minute service for families at 3.30 on a Sunday afternoon. 3.30 All-IN (ALL-IN for Jesus, ALL-IN together) will have a mixture of Bible reading and teaching suitable for children and adults alike, songs, prayers, videos, testimonies, actions. memory verses, response time including craft. This is for a limited season until groups can meet safely.
We know some of you are still cautious about meeting in large numbers, however, we will be staying in our household groups socially-distanced across the church (those of you who attended the Christmas craft and the Preschool Praise will be familiar with that lay-out). All precautions to be Covid -secure will be taken.
Online Preschool Praise, Sunday Club, and Ignite (on Zoom) will continue, but we would love to see you in-person if you can come. Booking is now open
You're asked to wear a face covering and follow the instructions given. There will still be online provision of our services if you are unable to be in the building. Check out our YouTube channel, social media pages and website for all the latest details.
In order to support the NHS Test and Trace programme, we are taking contact details (name and telephone number) for all visitors, as well as recording times entering and leaving St Matthew's Church, Cheltenham.
In line with guidance issued by the Department for Health and Social Care, we will keep your details safely and in compliance with GDPR legislation for 21 days before securely disposing of or deleting them. We will only share your details with NHS Test and Trace, if asked, in the event that it is needed to help stop the spread of coronavirus. We will not use your details for any other purposes or pass them on to anyone else. Thank you for your understanding.
