Love your yoga 2 hour workshop
This is our first ever 2 hour workshop where we get the time to really find your zen and take time over various styles of yoga designed to make you feel absolutely amazing by the end of it. Better than any massage or box of chocolates! And let's be honest what better way to spend a Sunday afternoon!
Gift passes are also available in the ticket options if you want to ask a special someone to treat you for Valentine's.

This Valentines why not join me for a loving 2hr workshop to open up your perspective about how your body performs on the mat and reminding yourself how perfect and strong it is in the poses.
It will include completely new techniques for both regulars and beginners offering something inspiring for everyone.
I've included a full itinerary of the workshop below if you are interested in attending. The workshop will take place at my new studio, 3 minutes away from the Out of School club down Windy Bank Lane.

What's included in the package;
Mindful meditation
Opening with a calming mindfulness meditation accompanied with pranayama (breath work) to energise you and develop a sense of physical, emotional & spiritual well being
Heart opening sequences
Followed by a sequence of asanas (poses) focused on opening the heart, allowing energy and positivity to flow into this area. The poses will also help to relieve stress, silence negative thoughts and show you everything there is to love about your body.
Refreshments and Yin yoga
After a short break, we will then be slowing down with a seated 'Yin' session and longer held postures to relax & work more deeply into our flexibility.
Yoga Nidra
Finishing with a lovely long “yogic-sleep” (yoga nidra) guiding you into a deep relaxation, leaving you rested.
FAQs
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
From Halifax
The main route out of Halifax past Dean Clough Mills and then straight along Ovenden rd, turning right down Shay lane until you reach the Ivy House public house. Turn right here and it's through the grey gates at White Rose Mills.
From Queensbury
The most convenient route is out of the town and down Windy Bank lane. Depending on weather conditions, an alternative route can be found by going into Halifax and back out again.
Parking and site location
There is a small car park where the studio is and also a larger car park on the main road. There is also a regular bus service from Queensbury (526) that stops outside of the mill.

if you need to cancel there is a 7 day refund policy.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No I will have you down on a register
What should I bring into the event?
You are more than welcome to bring your own yoga mats however I do provide mats, blocks and straps to use and I will show you how to use these if and when you require them. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and some extra layers for the relaxation sessions and a bottle of water.
