First Time coming along ?
Have a read below to find out what happens on the night.
- I try and get there 10 mins before the start of the event to setup. Your welcome to help !
- £3 - Entry Fee will be collected during the evening as will any stamping of cards.
- Take a label, write your name and slap it on your top so everyone knows who you are.
- Then find a table. There are set 'newbie' and 'intermediate/welcome' tables (reserviing a seat is strongly advised - these are popular!). Alternatively, find an empty table and setup your game or join another table. Cards indicate how many 'spaces' there are at those tables.
- Drinks and Snacks are in the kitchen. As is the Tea and Coffee (bring your own mug)
- Games to Sell ? Put them on the stage with price and contact info. People will find you in the room.
- At the end of the night, help tidy up, put the chairs and tables away and leave the room as it was found.
