2nd Liverpool Dementia & Ageing Research Conference
Event Information
About this Event
Join us on the 2nd of December for our 2nd annual Liverpool Dementia & Ageing Research Conference!
We have a full list of speakers from and around Liverpool, sharing their work on dementia and ageing.
Amongst researchers talking about eye movement and dementia, frailty and ageing, and how COVID-19 has affected the lives of those with dementia and carers, we will hear from service providers including TIDE and The Brain Charity talking about their outstanding work into legal rights in dementia as well as singing and dancing groups in the community.
The national radio station - Music for Dementia UK - will also be joining us and talking about integrating music into dementia care plans.
We will also be hearing from Paul Marlow, a carer for his mother with dementia, and his experiences of caring for his mother during the pandemic.
There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and engage in conversation with the speakers, so make sure to come along virtually.
