2nd Mindful Self-Compassion Day Retreat @ the Culloden

Back by popular demand and this time there's lots of notice :)
Retreats are my FAVOURITE thing to do and mindful self-compassion is my favourite practice so combining these with day in the wonderful and luxurious setting of the FIVE star Culloden Hotel is just a dream!
Please join me for a nurturing Spring-time day of kind and compassionate practices to really take care of your body, mind and soul.
There will be lots of time to really REST and relax, PLUS you will learn some helpful pratices to really take care of your wee self. PLUS you will be nourished by wholesome food and treats.
BODY: nourishing food, treats, outdoor walking, mindful movement and time to SPA :)
MIND: meditation, silence, space, supportive surroundings, like minded people and inspiring teachings
SOUL:meditation, inspiration from the teachings and environment, connection with self and others on a intimate and meaningful level.
‘Complimentary Day Pass’ to use The Spa and Health Club included. The formal 'teaching' day will finish by 4pm and the Spa is open until 8pm. Please bring swimming costume if you wish to avail.
