About this event

I’m very much looking forward to seeing you all. During this Masterclass, we will be looking at addressing the 3 Agendas of Business & Value Building Behaviours for Better Communication. The learning outputs will be:

• To increase awareness of the behaviours that have led to your current performance or ‘state’ and unlock what it takes to help you to deliver great performance.

• To understand the importance of balancing the 3 Agendas in business, and what happens when one or more of them is ignored.

• To consider how using the ‘value building behaviours’ can improve communication with your manager, your team, your peers and with people in your life.

We will also be doing a socially distanced business simulation to give you all a better understanding of the quality of your communication in a team and task environment.

What to bring

Please feel free to wear whatever you are comfortable in and bring with you:

• The completed questionnaire (attached) with you to the workshop where we will complete the evaluation.

• Something to write with and something to write on.

• A positive mental attitude and a desire to get as much out of the session as you possibly can.

Polite reminder: as these sessions are additional and optional, please ensure you only book if you have employer consent and they agree to you attending on campus. Numbers are extremely limited due to social distancing so we encourage you to book straight away and cancel if you are unable to attend to allow somebody else to attend.
