A weekend designed to gently reset your nervous system and restore a sense of balance — in body, mind and breath. Set in the heart of the Somerset countryside at the consciously restored 42 Acres, this retreat offers space to rest deeply and reconnect with yourself and nature.
Through embodied movement, restorative yoga, breathwork, yoga nidra and myofascial release, you'll explore tools to regulate, ground, and support lasting wellbeing. You’ll be held by a beautiful natural setting, a like-minded group, and a gentle, experienced teaching team.
With wild swimming, wood-fired saunas, nourishing food straight from the land, and fireside connection under the stars — this is space to exhale, soften, and come home to yourself.
The Yoga
Expect a blend of breath-led movement, myofascial release, restorative practices and yoga nidra — all designed to soothe the nervous system and support you in finding ease and presence. Practices are accessible and adaptable, with plenty of space to rest when needed.
Where You’ll Stay
We’ll be based at 42 Acres, a beautifully restored 13th-century retreat centre surrounded by 173 acres of wild Somerset countryside. Every guest has a private ensuite room, offering comfort, privacy and space to fully relax. Rooms are warm and minimal, with natural materials, soft lighting, and calming views over the lake and woodland — designed to support deep rest and reconnection.
What You’ll Eat
Meals are vibrant, seasonal and nourishing — cooked onsite using organic ingredients grown or foraged from the land. The “Soil to Gut” menu is designed to support digestion, energy and mood, while connecting you to the rhythms of nature.
