Dhamma practice weekends are weekends that the team at Healweb lovingly curates to provide a supportive space for people inspired by Dhamma, the path out of suffering as taught by Lord Buddha. Whilst we are not qualified to teach the Dhamma we provide a space for those inspired to live lives lived by the Dhamma and create a supportive place for people to practice with a schedule of regular meditations (guided audio from TheArtOfMeditation.org), Yoga with a teacher from our roster of really very highly qualified teachers, incredible vegan food, a library of beautiful Dhamma and eco Dhamma texts overlooking the sea and an incredible location by the sea for rest and relaxation.
We are working to provide a residential retreat for our community, working to become invested in safe ways, regenerative ways through this important time, and whilst much of the weekend is spent relaxing, we also enjoy developing and incubating our ideas and projects that work to regenerate the world. We may invite speakers and host film screenings of innovative films, just as on other weekends we invite facilitators of dance, breathwork, conscious communication, or family constellation work. We hope then that we can explore various proven modalities that provide a genuine spiritual retreat, empowering our community with tools, networks, and capacity for making their own peace with the world and moving forward in love and a skillful form of compassion that meets their own needs in a way that is of benefit to our Mother Earth. That is our intention.
Delta - Vegan Retreat is a luxury vegan retreat in West Wittering, offering a supportive space to slow down, realign, and explore deeper awareness in beautiful natural surroundings. Each weekend offers a different theme, with different facilitators.

This transformative weekend retreat at Delta Retreat offers a deeply supportive space to reconnect with yourself, nature, and community through trauma-informed breathwork, ceremony, and embodied practices. Guided by facilitators Angel and Freddie, you'll journey through breathwork on land and in water, inner child healing, elemental rituals, and sacred ceremonies like Hape and cacao, all grounded in somatic wisdom and nervous system care. Nourishing vegan meals, connection to the land, and optional integration support extend the experience beyond the weekend, welcoming all levels of experience into a space of renewal, intention, and belonging.

RETREAT RULES:
The five precepts mean we endeavor to refrain from speaking what is not true (sometimes making noble silence just to be sure), taking what is not freely given to us by all the universe, taking of life, sexual misconduct (covetousness), or intoxication (alcohol, etc.). This is to create the most supportive environment for our bodies to feel deeply so that we can perceive directly the true, beloved nature of reality for ourselves and be free to see that.
