What you’ll learn:

• The role of a first aider and legal responsibilities
• CPR and use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
• Managing unconscious casualties and recovery positions
• Treating wounds, bleeding, burns, and fractures
• Recognising and responding to medical conditions such as heart attacks, strokes, and seizures
• Workplace-specific first aid scenarios and risk management

Course format:A blend of interactive theory sessions, hands-on practical exercises, and scenario-based training, led by experienced instructors.

Certification:Successful participants will receive a nationally recognised First Aid at Work certificate, valid for 3 years, in compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
