The Retreat Experience

The Spirit Connection Retreat is an invitation to step out of the noise of daily life and enter a sacred space. From the moment you arrive at Nanpantan Hall, you are welcomed into an atmosphere of peace. The land itself has held spiritual gatherings for many years, and you can feel that energy the moment you walk its grounds.

Each day brings a rhythm of connection. Mornings begin gently with yoga and breathwork to awaken your body and open your energy. The air is crisp, the countryside quiet, and you begin to feel a deeper sense of presence. Meals are served with care, nourishing vegan food that supports your journey and leaves you feeling balanced and light.

As the retreat unfolds, you are guided through powerful healing rituals that weave together Shamanic and Tantric traditions. You gather around the fire under the night sky, releasing what no longer serves you, and welcoming new strength and clarity. These ceremonies connect you with nature, with Spirit, and with the deeper truth within yourself.

There is time for silence and time for sharing. You walk through the woodland paths, reflect in quiet corners of the Hall, and sit with others in community. In these spaces you feel seen and supported. You realise that this is more than a retreat, it is a return to wholeness.

By the time you leave, you carry more than memories. You carry practices to ground and protect you, an awakened sense of spirit, and a new drive for the life you are creating. You step back into the world not as the same person who arrived, but as someone who has remembered who they truly are.

What Makes This Retreat Special

The Spirit Connection Retreat is a rare blend of Shamanic and Tantric traditions, held in a space that has been used for spiritual gatherings for many years.

What makes this retreat special is the depth of experience. It is not about collecting techniques. It is about living them in ceremony, in firelight, in silence, and in connection.

You will leave with a sense of clarity and renewed energy. You will have practices in yoga, breathwork, and protection that you can carry into your daily life. You will feel the strength of being supported by nature, by community, and by your own spirit.

This retreat is an opening. A space to remember who you truly are.

Meet Hari Trivedi

I’m Hari. I’ve been practising yoga, ayurveda, meditation and massage for decades. I have been fortunate to have had the blessings and teachings from Shri Shivakrupananda Swami in meditation, Anne Jones in energy healing, Shri Avdhoot Shivanand and Ishan in ShivYog along with childhood teachings in Bhagawad Gita through the Swadhyay movement.

I have worked with various modalities and techniques in spiritual healing since childhood and started Reiki under the guidance of Smt Arti Seth in 2008 in India, and qualified with the Somananda Tantra School in Estonia as an Advanced Tantric Massage Therapist.

I have also been accredited by the FHT and CMA through Tri-Dosha as an Ayurvedic Massage Therapist. I am also studying my Masters in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing.I am a gifted healer, and I pride myself on giving my all to every client who trusts me with their journey.

Recognising blockages in chakras and cleansing them is something that comes naturally to me, and there are many ways I work to balance the yin and yang within my clients. The environment I create and work within is safe, supportive and confidential, free from any discrimination based on gender or sexuality.

I always prioritise my clients’ comfort, ensuring a good flow of communication at all times throughout the treatment. Tantric massage treatments vary from client to client, as everyone’s requirements are completely unique.Since childhood I’ve felt drawn to spirituality, and I’ve developed a strong sense of being and self. I pride myself on being a positive person in all that I do– from music, art and creativity to fitness. If you want to know more about me or you feel drawn to reach out, get in touch and let’s talk about how I can facilitate your own healing journey.
