3 hour bootcamp sunday 2nd October 8am-11am. Designed to push you out of your comfort zone, help you improve strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
3hrs of hard work,sweat and lots of fun, a wide variety of exercises,classes and equipment and all taught by either Tom or Laura.
We are teaming up once again to bring you a fantastic physical and mental challenge and lots of fun.

By purchasing a ticket I agree to inform the instructor of any changes to my health (including pregnancy).
