Whether you want to shed a few pounds, kick-start a healthier lifestyle or eliminate cravings, this program is for you. Runs 1st of each month.

The program is for people who would like to make the transition to healthier eating, or who feel tired and run down, have cravings for sugar, unhealthy foods and alcohol, and for those who wish to kick-start healthy weight loss. It’s also for those who wish to increase their vitality and focus on self-care.

How do you follow the program? You eat an abundance of healthy, delicious foods that support hormonal balance, weight loss and improve your health, by following the recipes and Allowed Foods list. You’ll get daily emails and access to a private Facebook group guided by Jo Rowkins, Nutritionis

How does it work? It addresses underlying factors such as inflammation, insulin sensitivity and hormonal balance. It will inspire you to set longterm lifestyle goals and reinstate a healthy relationship with food. It supports your body’s metabolic functions and provides optimum nutrition.

What foods are allowed?

We use healthy, delicious foods that support your body. We eliminate processed, fatty foods, dairy, wheat and alcohol.

The recipes provide optimum nutrition without deprivation. The plan is up-to-date with current scientific and nutritional research in this field.

A typical day’s food:

  • Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs & Veggies/Quinoa Porridge/Buckwheat Pancakes & Summer Berries.
  • Snack: Green Smoothie/Hummus and Celery
  • Lunch: Salmon with Nicoise Salad/Vegetarian Chilli/Frittata with Cherry Tomatoes & Spinach
  • Snack: Apple & raw almonds/Guacamole on Flaxseed Crackers
  • Dinner: Steamed Fish with Spicy Sesame Oil/Quinoa with Butternut Squash/Lamb Tagine
