Please register leaving details of everyone coming along to the service. Feel free to register on behalf of someone else if they cannot do it themselves but we need their details for contact tracing purposes.

The details gathered in the registration form are for the purpose of contact tracing and the information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Notice. This information will only be retained for 21 days.

While we will try to make the service as normal as possible but things will be a bit different in some ways:

- We are asking that everyone over the age of 13 wear a face masks (unless you have a valid reason for not doing so.)

- We will need to maintain social distancing throughout. This means maintaining a 2 seat gap between you and anyone not in your household/bubble during the service.
