TAWS Sharing Days are open to organisations, funders, practitioners, policymakers and partners who are interested in gaining a deeper understanding of the work we do with communities.
It’s an excellent opportunity to see and experience interventions in action as well as meet the dedicated staff who deliver them. You will have the chance to speak with some of the community members who engage with our services, hear their stories and how our work is making a difference.
The day will typically include:
- An introduction to our work
- A visit to our Cycle repair café
- A led bike ride with one of our cycling instructors
- A chance to meet and chat staff and participants from our Listen and Connect service
- A visit to one of our partner GP surgeries with our Social Prescribing Link Workers
- A visit to one our share shacks
- Lunch at our community café
- Opportunity to debrief and reflect
Once you have signed up to the event, we will email you a copy of the itinerary for the day.
