DUE TO THE COVID-19 REGULATIONS THIS CLASS WILL NOW BE DELIVERED ONLINE VIA ENABLY
One in four people in the UK will experience at least one diagnosable mental health issue in any one year (Health & Social Care Information Centre, 2009). Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is the mental health equivalent of physical first aid.
MHFA training provides participants with the skills and confidence to recognise the signs and symptoms of common mental health issues and effectively guide a person towards the right support.
Please note: This is a four day workshop on the following days: Monday 25th, Wednesday 27th January, Monday 1st and Wednesday 3rd February 2021. To achieve the full qualification, you will need to attend all four sessions.

- Once you have reserved your place you will receive a confirmation email including an enrolment form to complete
