First Time coming along ?
Have a read below to find out what happens on the night.
- I try and get there 10 mins before the start of the event to setup. Your welcome to help !
- There is a table at the entrance for your entry fee (£3) .Take a loyalty card and stamp it or stamp a card you already have (a full card = free entry, rip it up and put it in the money box)
- Take a label, write your name and slap it on your top so everyone knows who you are.
- Then find a table. There are set 'newbie' and 'intermediate/welcome' tables, find an empty table an setup your game or join another table.Large coloured Meeples with playing cards indicate how many 'spaces' there are at those tables.
- Drinks and Snacks are in the kitchen. As is the Tea and Coffee (bring your own mug)
- Games to Sell ? Put them on the stage with price and contact info. People will find you in the room.
- I'll come round to the tables around 9:30 with your free raffle ticket and the ability to purchase more (50p each). At around 10pm I will pull the raffle for a chance to go home with one of the many prizes on offer.
- After the raffle theres 3 goes of 'higher or lower' to win free entry for next month for two people.
- At the end of the night, help tidy up, put the chairs and tables away and leave the room as it was found.
