Welcome to the Neuroscience Institute Symposium 2024!

Join us for an exciting day of learning and networking at Inox.

This year's event will have a strong focus on 'Neuroscience meets Neuro-Engineering', with exciting speakers from various divisions and all three faculties, plus a plenary lecture by Prof Lynn Rochester from Newcastle University.

Can I just show up at the event or do I have to register?

Please register as we are providing catering and therefore need to know numbers. It will also mean that you will not go hungry!

Can I join for just some sessions or do I have to attend the whole day?

You are welcome to just attend the sessions you are interested in but please still register. Attending the full day will give you a better overview of what research is being carried out at the Neuroscience Institute and you might come across something that sparks your interest!

Is this event free of charge?

Do I need to be part of the Neuroscience Institute to join?

The event is open to all members of the Institute and everybody else with an interest in these topics but you must register to book a place which will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
