The University of Southampton Library is pleased to announce our 3rd Open Research Symposium, free to attend please join us.

About this event

This year's event will take place online on Wednesday 6 July 13:30-16:30 with the theme Reflecting on the new Open considering the new open research environment and the merit of publishing practices. 

The event will comprise of three expert talks followed by a panel event. Contributors will:

  • Represent the plans for ambitious open access policy initiatives
  • Share Jisc’s approach to supporting 'transformative agreements'
  • Explore new approaches to sharing research findings and demonstrating what we value
