About this event

Following the 3SG Volunteer Fair on Friday 17th October, we’re inviting local businesses to a unique celebration of our vibrant Third Sector.

Join us at the 3SG Volunteer Fair After Party for a relaxed and welcoming networking social where you’ll connect with local charities, community leaders, and like-minded businesses who share a passion for making a difference.

This is your chance to:

✨ Enjoy a drink, share stories, and celebrate the spirit of partnership - and the Volunteer Fair 2025!

Frequently asked questions

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the venue is fully accessible. There is level access via the Conference Centre entrance on Charles Street. The 'After Party' is taking place on the 1st floor and is accessible via lift. Toilets are also found on the 1st floor via lift.

Is there parking?

Unfortunately there is no parking at the Apex Hotel. However, there are many car parks nearby. The nearest ones include Charlotte Street Car Park, Kingsmead Square Car Park, or Sainsburys at Green Park (free for customers for 90 minutes). Avon Street and Southgate are also a short walk away.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself, and an enthusiasm to find out more and develop relationships within the local charitable sector, and perhaps some business cards!

Will there be refreshments?

Yes! A glass of prosecco (and non-alcoholic options) is included in your ticket.

I'm from a local charity, can I attend?

We are offering priority to our Volunteer Fair stallholders and 3SG Member charities, who will be invited to register directly with us, however we may have some availability closer to the time - please get in touch via contact@3sg.org.uk

Can I drop by or do I need to register?

This 'After Party' event is by advance registration only, no walk-ins. If you work for/own a local business, please book your ticket on this Eventbrite page. If you are with a local charity, please get in touch via contact@3sg.org.uk The main Volunteer Fair is a drop-in event though!
