Practical Examples and Techniques

  • If time permits: Create toiles of your made-to-measure blocks to test the fit and functionality. Please bring appropriate woven fabric for your toile.

  • Around 3 metres of woven fabric (preferably, lightweight calico)
  • Dress-making pins
  • Fabric scissors
  • Paper scissors
  • Tape measure
  • Mechanical pencil (HB 0.5) or pencils 2H
  • Eraser and pencil sharpener
