Cecile Hemery is an inclusive leadership coach who helps professionals reclaim their confidence and impact, leading authentically while lifting others up - never "taking the blanket for themselves."

With 15 years in gaming and tech leadership, Cecile combines coaching, psychoanalysis, hypnotherapy, and mindfulness with deep understanding of workplace dynamics in fast-paced, data-driven environments.

She supports clients as they navigate the curveballs of career progression, leadership challenges, and life transitions; bringing clarity, confidence, and calm through her Becoming Process.

Her approach blends practical structure, emotional insight, and gentle challenge, always delivered with empathy and the occasional dash of humour, helping human-centred leaders create positive ripple effects on their own terms.

Dr. Emine Gökce Phillips is a seasoned entrepreneur and technologist with over 20 years of international experience spanning the UK, Switzerland, Turkey, and the UAE. Holding a PhD in Software Engineering, she has led cross-functional teams in the IT, finance, energy, and shipping sectors. Her expertise lies in managing scalable, data-driven system development and integrating emerging technologies to drive innovation.

As the co-founder and CEO of CryptoIndexSeries, a UK-based crypto-fintech startup, Dr. Phillips has been instrumental in developing AI-powered data, analytics, and portfolio management solutions tailored for institutional clients in the digital asset market.

As part of her commitment to startups, she has written and led EU projects to empower startups in project management and emerging technologies. As part of these projects, she has delivered 50+ workshops, mentored startups, spoken at international conferences and developed frameworks.

Beyond her entrepreneurial ventures, Dr. Phillips has led AI projects, delivered seminars in AI masterclasses for project managers, and advises startups and SMEs on AI strategy, roadmap development, and AI transformation. She authored the chapter "Transforming Startups with Gen AI" elaborating on some of her experiences with startups in the Springer-published book Tomorrow's Data Empowered Project Management. Based in Oxford, she is the driving force behind the AI for Business – Oxford event series, helping companies across industries turn AI potential into practical outcomes.
