Each week introduces a different technique—mindfulness, body scan, loving-kindness, and guided visualisation—offering practical tools to reduce stress and support emotional well-being.

Instructor Introduction

Hello! My name is Corinna. I first came to meditation through my yoga practice, where I discovered how transformative stillness and mindful awareness can be. This led me to live in a Buddhist centre, immersing myself in daily practice and community life. `Several years ago, I completed my training with Breathworks, and I’ve been teaching meditation courses and workshops ever since.

Alongside this, I’ve taught yoga for over a decade. Sharing these practices is something I care deeply about, and my intention is always to create a warm, accessible, and supportive space. Whether you’re completely new or looking to deepen your practice, I’m excited to share teachings that have made a real difference in my own life and to help you discover what resonates for you.
