8 Sessions over 4 weeks.

Session 1 - Friday 9th February 7am-8am

Session 2 - Saturday 10th February 8am-9am

Session 3 - Friday 16th February 7am-8am

Session 4 - Saturday 17th February 8am-9am

Session 5 - Friday 23rd February 7am-8am

At Self Defence For Women London, we specialise in providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, and we’re open to everybody regardless of your level of fitness.

Our goal is simple.

To help 100,000 women proctect themselfes and get home safely.

Our self-defense courses use a combination of Muay Thai kick boxing, Brazilian jiu jitsu, and mixed martial arts techniques to teach you how to…

  • Defend yourself against punches, kicks, and other attacks

  • And control an opponent, including how to fight them on the ground

  • You’ll also master common self-defence scenarios, like how to get out of a hold if somebody grabs you

  • You’ll be advise, and tested, on personal and situational awareness to avoid confrontation altogether.

As you attend classes, your self-confidence will improve, and you’ll feel safer and more secure.

Plus, you can get in shape too, as this type of training is great physical fitness and conditioning.

Our coaches are well-trained in self-defence and they’re kind and courteous – no intimidation.

They have all been qualified in BTEC Level 3 Advanced Award in Self Defence Instruction, which proves that they have undergone a structured approach to learning and development for self defence.
