About this Event
We all know that stand -up paddle boarding is a great complete body workout. We just built on that with with on-the-water moves that sculpt ever inch. Combining low impact exercise it is a combination of balance, strength, and endurance on the open water.
This ticket is for four sessions Wednesday sessions participants will be expected to arrive 17:45 to prepare their equipment on water tuition will start at 18:00 - 19:00 with the following mins to pack up.
Due to COVID19 participants will be issued with a wetsuit which they will keep hold of and return on the final fourth session. Although the hire of the suit will be free of charge should the suit not be returned there will be a charge for its replacement.
