Join us for a gentle, neurodivergent-friendly nature session meeting at the War Memorial Park — created especially for those aged 40+ who were diagnosed later in life.
Together, we’ll explore calming Tai Chi-inspired movement, forest bathing, mindful walking, and quiet moments of connection in nature. No pressure, no judgment — just a welcoming space to move at your own pace, be yourself, and enjoy the healing rhythm of the outdoors. Whether you’re looking to relax, connect, or simply breathe, this is your space to just be.
Ran by a qualified Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner/Forest School Leader and lived Experience facilitator, we want to invite a space to return to listening to your body and gaining trust in yourself again.
We will meet in the War Memorial Park, but explore and use the woodland and nature areas nearby to connect with.
Note: These are pilot sessions to explore provision in the future. You will be asked to complete a questionnaire at the beginning and end of the 6 sessions to support this - these will be anonymous.

No. Self-identification is fine. As waiting lists are so long and some assessments have been withdrawn from NHS services, identifying with neurodivergent traits is understood and supported in this class.
