Original Event Description:

Every working day of September at 9.30 am we will be doing 40 seconds x 4 of light exercises via Zoom. Think Joe Wicks, think the Green Goddess or even Mr Motivator! It is all in aid of charity - so why not rise to the challenge, you don't need to change into sports gear, it will be a short and fun session to get the blood pumping!

Be it with colleagues in the office or if you are working from home, start your day feeling great and have a laugh with us! Plus you can share your success with your contacts and help us raise some serious dosh for those who need it the most.

We are also offering YOU the chance to host, or even to nominate a colleague who would like to be in the spotlight and run a session for a small donation!
