Come and learn about the wild food available in Autumn and have fun foraging for wild edibles.

Our tutor Michele Fitzsimmons is a permaculture designer and educator. She runs her business, Edible Landscaping, as well as teaching several courses at Cardiff centre for lifelong learning. Guided by Michele, you’ll learn how to forage safely, how to identify edible plants and how to use your wild harvest. After the walk we’ll gather to taste some wild food recipes.
