Join us for a 6:00PM Track Run at Gateshead International Stadium — it’s Interval Day with pro athlete Joy Eze!
We’re heading to the track for focused interval training — short efforts followed by recovery to help you build speed, endurance, and confidence for race day. Whether you're just getting into running, training for a half marathon, or looking to get stronger, this kind of work is where progress takes shape.
Whether you're new to the track or looking to level up your speed, this session is for you.
