Are Pets Allowed

Accepted Answer

Yes - The Mecure Haydock Hotel is a Pet friendly Hotel. The only prohibitations are that pets are not permitted in the Main Restaurant, Marquee & the Aintree Suite

However. Pets are permitted:
Entrance, Lobby, Bar, Conservatory (dining),Beer Garden & outside Marquee.

Question 2

Will there be someone to greet us?

Accepted Answer

Yes Jen Win The Event Organiser should be within the vicinity of the Entrance of the Hotel.

She will be happy to greet and explain where and what is on aswell take for Raffle Tickets.

If Jen is not there to greet you. She may be busy somewhere else. However the reception can help.

Question 3

Is there any wheelchair access?

Accepted Answer

Yes - There is Wheelchair access. There is a seperate door in the conservatory that has a ramp that leads to the Beer Garden/Outside Marquee.

Question 4

What Time Does the Event Start?

Accepted Answer

The Event starts at 10.30am to 4.30pm for the Stalls.

However the Talks are running until 5pm in The Aintree Suite of the Hotel.

Is the Event FREE ENTRY?

Accepted Answer

Yes - The Event is Free Entry IF YOU BOOK in advance.

Question 6

How Much is the Raffle?

Accepted Answer

The Raffle is £3 per Strip or 3 Strips for £6.

Question 7

How can i pay for the Raffle?

Accepted Answer

Cash is Preferable (Tangible Cash is paramount)  as if we don't use it we'll lose it to digital currency.

However, as a back up plan. All-Are Love Events will have a card reader to accept card payments, Apple & Google Pay.

Question 8

Stallholders form of Payment?

Accepted Answer

Stallholders will accept cash or card payments.
A few stalls will only accept Cash only. So please make sure you bring some on the day if possible.

Question 9

Is There plenty of free Parking?

Accepted Answer

Yes - All you need to do is park up. Enter the Hotel's Entrance and head to the Reception to the right side of you.

Head over to the reception where there are 2 Tablets on the reception counter and tap in Event Conference and Tap in your vehicle registration.

Question 10

I want to pay for Raffle Tickets But i can't see Jen!

Accepted Answer

You will be able to tell Jen apart from everyone else as she will be wearing a white All-Are Love Events T Shirt with the Logo. She may be busy elsewhere in the Hotel.

Purchasing Raffle tickets ends 3pm. So you will have plenty of time to get tickets. If you didn't get them on entry.
