• Types of water: structured water, alkaline water, distilled vs. filtered

Day 2: Hormone Formula & Natural Balance

• Understanding hormonal health (oestrogen, progesterone, thyroid, cortisol)
• Natural balancing formulas: herbs, supplements, and nutrition
• Designing a personalized hormone health plan
• Case study & practice: Creating hormone-balancing protocols

Day 3: Hair Analysis Readings & Nutritional Deficiencies

• How hair analysis works for mineral & toxicity assessment

Day 4: Motivational Coaching & Client Transformation
