What's this about?

This online creative journaling workshop series is a sacred space for women of African heritage who may take on tedious roles such as a carer, stay-at-home mum, homeducator leaving them little time to remember themselves.

This is an opportunity to work towards pouring from a fuller cup as it takes away the stress factor of having to commute, as well as the time spent on commuting.

There are 5 sessions in total.

You can attain a discount code on attending the taster session 'Nurture (Me) & Rise (Above)' scheduled for the 10th-Oct.

In the first session, you...:

  • felt supported as you'd undergone a deep dive to gain insight, clarity & understanding as to where you were in your life at the time.

In the previous session, you:

In this session you'll:

  • gain an empowering tool that allows you to hold space for yourself whilst you identify, acknowledge, process and safely release pent-up emotions & reveal new insights you never knew before.

In the next session, you'll:

  • unearth, highlight and celebrate your strengths.

By the end of session 5, you'll:
