The 5 week course (Feb 21st for 5 classes)

Content

With tennis in mind

Learning about the 4 quadrants of the body and how they affect posture

Learning about the inner unit and applying practical based exercise

The course is made up of 5 classes, each enrolee with have access to our ONLINE PLATFORM of exercise tuition, throughout the 5 weeks to practice what has been learnt in the class, giving each enrolee access to Simon for questions. This is of course optional but will be give each enrolled further insight to personal development.


As soon as the person has registered an invite to pot in to our online services will be issued, the attendee will have the option to use this service or not.
