This is a 5-week workshop series starting on 16 November and ending on 14 December (5 x 2-hour weekly sessions; 10 hours in total)
Are you passionate about photography and ready to take your work to the next level? Our 5-week workshop is designed for photographers who want to develop a cohesive body of work - whether it’s a documentary series, a conceptual project, or a personal storytelling journey. Over the course of the workshop, you’ll receive expert guidance on refining your vision, mastering your technique and curating a strong final series. Through hands-on mentorship, structured assignments and group critiques, you'll gain the confidence and skills needed to bring your project to life.
This workshop series includes five weekly online group sessions where you’ll get expert insights, participate in in-depth discussions and receive personalized feedback on your work. Each session will include a dedicated Q&A segment, giving you the chance to ask questions and refine your project in real time. And if you can’t attend live, don’t worry: all sessions will be recorded so you can watch them at your convenience.
We will cover everything from research, choosing medium and locations, using creative techniques that suit your project intention, editing, selection, sequencing, sharing progress and way forward, with plenty of examples from the tutor's own practice as well as other contemporary photography practioners.
