Situated directly beneath The Shard, the newly-opened Rooftop Café has a seasonal, straightforward approach to food and offers one of the best views in London. A joint venture between James Sellar, CEO of Sellar Design and Development, and Sam Aldenton, co-founder of Feast and The Long Table, the restaurant places an emphasis on sustainability and the wine list focuses on smaller, traditional growers who pay attention to the grapes and land on which they're grown.
