REGISTRATION

Dear MedCruise members,

Please submit all the information requested in order to register for the 56th MedCruise General Assembly to be held in Costa Brava, 26-29 May 2020. During the registration process, and in order to organise your transfers, you will be asked to fill in the details regarding your flights and hotel accommodation, so please make sure you have everything booked before beginning with the registration.

Kindly complete one form for each delegate attending the event.

The final deadline for registrations is set as Monday, May 4th.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

The closest international airport to the Costa Brava is Barcelona, which is 118 km and a 1.5-hour drive from the assembly venue.

Girona-Costa Brava Airport is just 31 km from the venue and is mainly operated by Ryanair. This airport connects the Costa Brava with many European destinations and is a 35-minute drive from the Costa Brava.

Costa Brava can also be reached by high-speed train (AVE). The closest international station is in Girona, 35 km from Hostal de la Gavina, or Barcelona high-speed train station, located 116 km from the Costa Brava. For more information visit http://www.renfe.com/EN/viajeros/index.html

Costa Brava Cruise Ports will organize transfers to the official venue for the event, Hostal de la Gavina, from Girona and Barcelona international airports, and from Girona and Barcelona high-speed train stations.

The official venue of the 56th MedCruise General Assembly is the hotel "Hostal la Gavina". However, Hostal de la Gavina Hotel and S’Agaró Hotel are the official hotels for the 56th Medcruise General Assembly on the Costa Brava. Make your reservation to secure exclusive hotel room rates!
